- Solemar Boutique is a 3-star tourist villa built in 2020 and is located between Eforie Nord and Eforie Sud, 25 meters from the beach. Villa Solemar Boutique is composed of 6 apartments and 2 double rooms arranged as follows: ground floor plus three floors. On the ground floor, first floor and second floor there are two apartments on each level, and on the third floor there are two double rooms, all with individual entrance directly from the outside.
- Each apartment is about 33sqm and consists of two rooms, living room plus bedroom, bathroom, balcony and a kitchenette. There are 2 TVs in the apartment, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, air conditioning and storage space. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich-maker, sink, dishes.
- Each double room is approximately 15 square meters and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and balcony. In the room there is a TV, air conditioning, coffee maker, mini-fridge and storage space.
